Local Diving
LAKE HYDRA ~ Local Diving at its best ~ This is a one day local diving trip to Lake Hydra with one of our Divemasters. Lake Hydra will not allow any diving unless you are with a professional. We have created these local dive days for our divers who would like to get out and go diving. You need to be Open Water certified and will be required to complete a waiver. You will also need a code from us to purchase your diver day pass. If you need rental gear and tanks, please let us know a few days before your scheduled dive. This is great if you are a new diver and would like the help and support from one of our Divemasters or Instructors.

Lake Hydra is located in 4733 Hanoverville Road - Bethlehem, PA 18020 and has been a commercial local diving and training site called "Dutch Springs" for years, since 1980. It has been sold and under new ownership and of course is now called "Lake Hydra". It is a spring-fed 57 acre lake with a depth of 100 ft, it has training plateforms and underwater attractions for the divers with picnic tables. Their are restrooms and an air fill station for tank refills. This needs to be arranged through the Dive Center and you must have a diver day pass to enter. Bubble watchers are welcome, but must also purchase a day pass.
** Please note there are NO Refunds 24 hours prior to your dive.
