ReActivate

If it has it been a while since you’ve been diving and you need to brush up on your skills before a trip, this is good confidence builder. We'll get you ready for your vacation, with a short review of knowledge and skills and anything else that you would like to review. Many dive shops when you travel require a ReActivate if it has been more than a year since your last dive.  This course will update your PADI card with a new card to verify your recent ReActivate course.  You must have your personal scuba equipment (mask, snorkel, boots & fins) and we will provide the rest or you can bring your own.

  • Cost: ReActivate course - $185 with eLearning (eLearning will be an add-on once you add to cart)
  • Cost: Pool session only - $110 if you have purchased your own academics through PADI.

  • Your online eLearning is approx 3 hours and needs to be completed before pool session.
  • Once your eLearning is completed the Instructor and pool portion is aprox 2-3 hours, going over skills and any questions you may have.
  • We have our own pool so that is done here at our Dive Shop.
  • We need approximately 1 week for scheduling and we schedule our ReActivates on Tuesday and Friday nights from 6:00-8:00 pm.
  • If you dont see a course listed on calendar. Please call or email to inquire to researve your spot, as all classes are not listed.
  • You will need your personal scuba gear (boots, fins, mask & snorkel)
  • We will provide the rest if you do not have equipment.

What are the benefits of PADI ReActivate?

The personalized approach will suit every diver’s needs, from an in-depth scuba diving refresher after a break from the water to a simple annual tune-up. PADI ReActivate will help you feel more confident and ready to make the most out of your scuba adventures. Your dive buddies will also thank you too!

Although PADI certifications never expire, dive shops will also appreciate seeing a recent ReActivated date on your certification card. This shows them you’re up to date with your skills and ready to dive into your scuba adventure:

  • PADI divers can add a ReActivated date to any PADI certification they’ve earned (including specialty ratings).
  • Divers certified through other training organisations (with proof of entry-level scuba certification and minimum of four open water training dives) will get a ReActivate Recognition Card. This shows that knowledge and entry-level skills have been refreshed.

You will need to complete and provide:

  • Medical questionnaire/waivers – will be online with your academics.
  • Your PADI certification number or a copy of your certification card front and back, if your from a different dive agency.

We look forward to the opportunity to work with you on your ReActivate course.
