Divemaster

The PADI Divemaster program is the first step in joining the professional dive ranks.  As a divemaster, you will be able to assist in training others, lead certified divers, and conduct some programs independently.  Becoming a PADI professional is an incredibly rewarding achievement, and you will take pride in being able to assist in the training of others.  Many divemasters go on to become instructors, and the knowledge and skills you gain in this program will develop the knowledge and skills to become an expert diver.

Assistant Instructor

Take your diving career to the next level! The AI Course is the second PADI Pro course after you've completed Divemaster. As a PADI Assistant Instructor, you not only gain additional experience as a PADI Professional scuba diver, but you also start learning the PADI System of diver education. You can act as an instructional scuba assistant and assume limited teaching responsibilities. It’s a great way to gain experience in order to become a scuba instructor. The PADI Assistant Instructor course is the first portion of the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) and when followed by the Open Water Scuba Instructor course (OWSI) and successful performance at the Instructor Examination (IE), leads to certification as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.

Self Reliant Diver

Although diving with a buddy is the norm, there are reasons for an experienced diver to develop self-reliance and independence while diving. Learning to carry out dives without a partner can make you a stronger diver in most dive situations.

Tec 40

The PADI Tec 40 course is the introduction to technical diving. In this class you will learn about:   Setting up technical diving equipment (doubles or high capacity cylinder with pony), tec diving terms, emergency procedures, stage cylinder handling, extended bottom times, decompression dives , and detailed gas planning. After this course you will be certified to dive to 40 meters (130 feet), engage in limited decompression, and use deco mixes up to 50% Nitrox.
